About the project
The Viaggiare con la Moda exhibition-event, ideated and organised by Honegger, with ModaContents | TREMELLONI - Politecnico di Milano, exhibits at the Triennale di Milano the work of the fashion photographer Elsa Haertter, one of the best known in the '50s and' 60s. Sponsored by the National Chamber of Italian Fashion, the exhibition re-proposes the commitment of an artist who has pioneered the times with its services with an exotic flavour. Rome, Hong Kong, Thailand, Mexico, different places and styles perfectly contextualized and reinterpreted for the biggest Italian and international newspapers, images that have made women dream all over the world. Viaggiare con la Moda is also interactivity, historical documents, letters and notes by Elsa Haertter, one of the first professionals in fashion field, who with passion and determination laid the foundations for the modernisation of women's magazines. Viaggiare con la Moda was ideated as a real travel diary. Notebooks were made as large display panels for the works of Elsa Haertter. The photographs and covers of the magazine Grazia, headboard for which she worked for many years, accompany this path made of colours, fabrics and patterns that characterised the style of the '50s and' 60s. Honegger also took care of every aspect of the event: ideation and realisation of the exhibition space; creative concept and booth; promotion and communication activities.
