About the project
Founded in 1961, OMSG – Officine Meccaniche San Giorgio SpA has made its name as a leading company on an international level in the production and construction of shot blast, shot peening and machine systems. Since June 2017, the OMSG group has acquired the historical company CARLO BANFI, which has installed, since its establishment in 1938, over 4,000 shot blasting machines worldwide. Today, the OMSG group is present worldwide with over 5,000 shot blasting plants installed in 86 countries. The product range is vast and serves numerous industries including: ferrous and non-ferrous foundries, steel structural works, aluminium die-castings, c forge, draw-plates, galvanising treatments, hold and cold forming, elements in the oil & gas sector, liquid and compressed gas cylinders etc.
The company took part in the Wire fair organised at the Messe Düsseldorf exhibition centre. For the fair, Honegger, the sole representative in Italy of the Düsseldorf exhibition, designed and created the stand for OMSG. Wire & Tube is the biannual appointment for the metal wire and cable and tube sectors; an international event that attracts a select public from all over the world and belonging to industries that range from the automotive, electronic, chemical and construction sector.
