Over a hundred thousand visitors, coming from over fifty countries, participate every year at Boot in Düsseldorf, the largest international fair for the boating industry. The exhibition halls of the exhibition centre welcome about 1,800 exhibitors including boats, yachts, diving equipment, the latest trends in water sports such as the Wake and Skimboarding, but also the most traditional including fishing, canoeing and kitesurfing.As usual for over ten years, also on this occasion, Honegger was chosen by Nautor's Swan for the ideation and realisation of its own exhibition space at Düsseldorf Boot. Nautor shipyards are recognised worldwide both for the quality of cruising ships and for the excellent performance of racing yachts. Swan is the name given to the fleet of Nautor shipyards, prestigious yachts, a synthesis of reliability and elegance. Nautor's Swan has always been the choice of sailors who seek reliability and elegance in a yacht.Pekka Koskenkylä, a visionary entrepreneur from Finland, in 1966 entrusted the most important yacht designers of the time, Sparkman & Stephens, with the design of the first fibreglass sailing yacht, a material considered, at that time, the latest innovation. The traditional reliability of Nautor sailing boats is enhanced by the lightness of the new material, giving rise to a unique product, which collects the most important sports victories and gains a prominent place in cruising.
