About the project

In 1973, in the footwear district of Montebelluna (Tv), Lotto Sport Italia was born. The brand made its debut on the tennis court, followed by shoes for basketball, volleyball, athletics and football; the Lotto logo is nothing more than an overlapping tennis court and a football field, to signify how sporting values have always been the basis of the company's production. In a short time, Lotto's offer expanded to include not only sportswear, but also a little niche: that of safety footwear. In addition to the Lotto Leggenda, Lotto Life's and Lotto Performance brands, we must not forget Lotto Works: a collection of safety shoes that is the result of continuous research into innovative materials, the introduction of cutting-edge construction technologies and the know-how acquired in the sports sector.
The perfect showcase for these Lotto's prevention shoes is the A+A trade fair, which takes place every two years in Düsseldorf and is dedicated to safety and health in the workplace. During the 2019 edition, A+A registered 2,100 exhibitors from 63 countries, together with 73,000 visitors, attracted not only by the exhibition but also by the rich program of conferences on safety at work. The design and construction of the Lotto exhibition space, which took up 30 square meters, was carried out by Honegger, the official representative in Italy of Messe Düsseldorf, who is responsible for the promotion on Italian territory of all the events taking place in the German city.
